Worked on the axoflow/axosyslog repository to enhance the reliability of cache management by expanding automated testing for atomic cache_json_file updates. Focused on Python-based backend development, the work involved validating atomic file operations and ensuring automatic content reloads during atomic moves. The test suite was refactored to improve isolation and maintainability, enabling faster feedback and better detection of race conditions and edge cases in atomic write paths. These efforts strengthened the robustness of cache updates, reducing the risk of production incidents and improving the stability of log processing. Core skills applied included file operations, testing, and backend development.
