During August 2025, Paul Buhler focused on maintaining build stability for the google/oss-fuzz repository by addressing a cryptographic backend change in libSRTP. He implemented a targeted bug fix in Shell, explicitly configuring the build system to continue using the internal crypto engine despite upstream defaults shifting. This work involved deep understanding of build systems and configuration management, ensuring that fuzzing workflows and CI pipelines remained reliable and free from regressions.
