Shubao worked on integrating Aliyun as a new search engine option for the PAI-RAG repository, expanding enterprise search capabilities and enhancing configurability. Using Python and leveraging skills in API integration and backend development, Shubao implemented the AliyunSearchTool to interact with Aliyun’s search API, updated the user interface to support Aliyun credentials, and modified default search settings and dependencies to enable seamless Aliyun-based searches. This work addressed the need for vendor flexibility and prepared the system for multi-engine search scenarios. The project demonstrated focused depth in cloud services integration, though it did not involve bug fixes during the reported period.
