Worked on improving installation reliability for the microsoft/lisa repository by addressing cross-platform path handling issues in the MSHV installation process. Focused on stabilizing the guest path logic, the developer refactored the code to use Python’s PurePosixPath, ensuring consistent behavior across Linux and macOS environments. This targeted bug fix eliminated edge cases that previously caused installation failures, enhancing both compatibility and traceability in the virtualization tooling.
