Worked on streamlining the continuous integration process for the qgis/QGIS and qgis/QGIS-Documentation repositories by shifting the installation of the pyogctest package from a GitHub-based fetch to direct installation from PyPI. This change improved CI reliability and reduced pipeline flakiness, while also decreasing setup time and external dependencies. Updated test execution commands and documentation to reflect the new installation method, making onboarding easier for developers. Demonstrated skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and Python packaging, utilizing Bash and Shell scripting to automate workflows. The work focused on enhancing feedback loops and simplifying development processes without introducing new bugs during the period.
