Worked on the NVIDIA/libredfish repository to deliver a security-focused feature for unified host privilege management in server environments. Developed an asynchronous set_host_privilege_level method across Redfish API implementations and extended the liteon_powershell module to support privilege level management, enabling consistent access control. Addressed an integration gap by exposing host_privilege_level in liteon_powershell, ensuring parity with the API and supporting RBAC-like governance. The work leveraged Rust for backend and API development, emphasizing asynchronous method design and cross-component integration. These changes strengthened security posture and reduced the risk of privilege misconfigurations in production, contributing to enterprise-ready access control solutions.
