Worked on the Azure/azure-rest-api-specs repository to deliver Redis Enterprise ACL enhancements, introducing the 2026-05-01-preview API version with accessString-based permissions for more granular access control. Leveraged API Design, REST API, and TypeSpec to deprecate accessPolicyName in favor of a flexible accessString property, while implementing structured error reporting through the AccessPolicyAssignmentProvisioningError model to improve diagnostics. Updated migration and usage examples to support backward compatibility and safer upgrades, correcting resource type and ID paths for consistency. These changes improved ACL configurability, reduced troubleshooting time, and enabled faster, safer migrations for Redis Enterprise deployments on Azure.
