Worked on the Accedian/grafana-docker repository to enhance observability and monitoring capabilities over a two-month period. Delivered new Grafana dashboard features that visualize MQTT and SNMP Trap message counts, as well as service start and stop events, supporting proactive monitoring and improved uptime visibility. Expanded metrics and centralized logging for CSV validation processes, enabling better troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. All changes were documented in Markdown and aligned with business goals for operational awareness and deployment confidence. The work focused on end-to-end feature delivery using Grafana, logging, and metrics, establishing a repeatable approach for dashboard and monitoring enhancements without bug fixes.
