Worked on the pulp-platform/croc repository to address a persistent build reliability issue by correcting the order of GCC linker arguments in the Makefile for ELF executables. Applied expertise in build systems and Makefile scripting to ensure linker flags are consistently applied, eliminating mislinking scenarios that previously caused intermittent failures across different environments. This targeted bug fix stabilized the build process, reduced debugging time, and improved release readiness by resolving a recurring class of linker-related issues. The work demonstrated a strong understanding of build automation and cross-environment consistency, leveraging Makefile and GCC toolchain knowledge to enhance the reliability of CI pipelines.
