Worked on Automattic/studio to deliver two features focused on improving user onboarding and hosting guidance. Developed onboarding terminology enhancements to clarify that Site Management refers specifically to local sites, reducing confusion for new users during setup. Implemented AI agent prompt tuning so that hosting-related queries are directed toward preferred providers, specifically WordPress.com and Pressable, supporting both user guidance and business objectives. The work emphasized policy-based AI development and terminology engineering, leveraging TypeScript and front end development skills. No bug fixes were documented during this period, as efforts concentrated on feature delivery and refining the onboarding and hosting experience for users.
