Worked on backend stability for the infiniflow/ragflow repository, focusing on resolving a RAPTOR build and runtime failure specific to the Infinity backend. Addressed the issue by adding a missing extra field to the configuration and ensuring correct serialization of the extra dictionary when writing to the database. The solution involved updates to JSON mapping files and Python backend logic, with no changes required for other backends. Validated the fix across multiple datasets, confirming successful entity extraction and clustering. Enhanced database migration by automating the addition of new columns, streamlining upgrades and reducing manual intervention. Demonstrated skills in Python, JSON handling, and database management.
