During November 2024, Petros Savvidis developed and standardized the Podspec execution stage within the CI/CD pipeline for the camunda/camunda-bpm-platform repository. He focused on automating instance-migration tasks by configuring CPU resource allocation and container image management using YAML and CI/CD configuration skills. This work enabled reproducible migration environments and improved deployment reliability by ensuring that resources and images were consistently defined and version-controlled. Although the scope was limited to a single feature and did not involve bug fixes, the implementation reduced migration downtime and operational toil, reflecting a focused and technically sound approach to infrastructure automation and resource management.
