Worked on the camunda/camunda-bpm-platform repository to deliver a CI/CD Podspec execution stage supporting instance-migration tasks. Focused on standardizing Podspec execution within the CI/CD pipeline, the work included configuring CPU resource allocation and managing container images to ensure reproducible migration environments. Leveraged YAML for configuration and applied CI/CD automation skills to align deployment resources with defined standards. This approach reduced migration downtime and manual toil while improving deployment reliability. The changes were version-controlled, enabling consistent and reliable deployments. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature delivery and process standardization using CI/CD best practices.
