Worked on a localization initiative for the matomo-org/tag-manager and matomo-org/plugin-GoogleAnalyticsImporter repositories, focusing on Azerbaijani language support. Implemented early-stage translations using JSON and Weblate, establishing foundational string coverage and embedding translation metadata to streamline future contributions. The approach emphasized internationalization and localization best practices, ensuring that translation workflows are well-documented and accessible for ongoing community involvement. By integrating Azerbaijani translations into both plugins, the work enhanced accessibility for Azerbaijani-speaking users and positioned the products for broader adoption. The contributions demonstrated proficiency in JSON, translation management, and collaborative workflows, laying groundwork for continued localization and improved user inclusivity.
