Qclaogui enhanced observability in the grafana/helm-charts repository by implementing TraceQL streaming support for the tempo-gateway component. This work involved introducing a new parameter in the values.yaml file to enable streaming, alongside updating the Nginx configuration to correctly handle streaming requests. Using skills in configuration management, Kubernetes, and Nginx, Qclaogui ensured that the changes integrated seamlessly with existing Helm chart deployment workflows. The update addressed the need for more flexible and efficient trace data streaming, supporting faster troubleshooting and analytics in Grafana Tempo environments. Minor code readability improvements were also made, reflecting attention to maintainability and clarity.
