Worked on the mitodl/ol-infrastructure repository to enhance the ol-infra-health-checks CI/CD pipeline, focusing on operational stability and process simplification. Delivered a feature that switched the default branch to main and removed the cadence parameter, streamlining update checks and aligning with current GitHub workflows. These changes improved deployment reliability and reduced pipeline complexity, supporting faster feedback cycles and better governance. Leveraged Python and DevOps practices to implement the updates, demonstrating a pragmatic approach to infrastructure management. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the work centered on refining CI/CD processes and modernizing branch management for ongoing maintainability.
