Worked on stabilizing the TPMCalculator integration within the bioconda/bioconda-recipes repository following its migration to the NLM-DIR organization. Addressed a critical packaging issue by updating repository URLs, versioning, and SHA256 checksums in YAML configuration files to restore reliable build references and prevent broken integrations. This configuration management effort ensured that continuous integration pipelines remained stable and that package builds were reproducible across the Bioconda ecosystem. Leveraged DevOps practices to maintain traceability and auditability through linked pull requests and commits. The work focused on infrastructure reliability rather than feature development, demonstrating attention to detail in maintaining open-source packaging workflows.
