Worked on consolidating documentation within the snowplow/documentation repository by removing the Statement of Support materials and associated references. Focused on streamlining the documentation surface to reduce user confusion and ongoing maintenance requirements. Utilized Markdown for editing and managing documentation files, applying documentation management best practices to ensure clarity and traceability of changes. The approach involved carefully eliminating outdated support references while documenting the process to align with product direction. This work resulted in a more concise and maintainable documentation set, supporting a better user experience and reducing the future burden on maintainers. No bug fixes were addressed during this period.
