Worked on improving cross-platform build stability for the ferrocene/ferrocene repository, focusing on enhancing reliability for QNX 8 targets. Addressed a critical build issue by introducing an empty __my_thread_exit stub, which prevented linking failures when building against the C standard library. Implemented a QNX version whitelist to avoid regressions across different QNX 8.x versions, thereby reducing CI build failures and supporting broader deployment scenarios. Utilized Rust and system programming skills to codify a build-time shim approach, laying the foundation for future platform-specific integrations and stability improvements in embedded systems environments. Fixed one bug during the month.
