The approach focused on Helm chart customization and leveraged YAML for configuration management within Kubernetes. Collaboration and change management were handled through Git workflows. The work emphasized improving operator experience by streamlining deployment options, resulting in faster and safer deployment processes without introducing new bugs or instability during the development period.
