Integrated the OFREP provider into the Java SDK, implementing provider classes, API communication, and comprehensive unit tests. Enhanced in-process resolution logic to address missing or empty flag variants, expanding test coverage and error messaging. Additionally, improved HTTP instrumentation in open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go-contrib by aligning unknown or empty HTTP methods with semantic conventions using Go, Java, and API integration skills.
