Addressed a bug by refining the InformationSchemaScanner to exclude user-defined functions from SQL queries, thereby improving the reliability of downstream analytics and reducing false positives in data discovery. Utilized Java and SQL to implement precise query modifications and updated the associated test suite to ensure ongoing correctness and regression protection.
