Worked on containerized deployment and environment stabilization for the Racehub repositories, focusing on backend development and DevOps practices. Built a Docker Compose-based workflow integrating the backend API, MySQL, phpMyAdmin, and Nginx, leveraging Dockerfile, YAML, and Nginx configuration to improve local development parity and deployment reliability. Addressed misconfigurations to ensure proper service startup, database connectivity, and smooth Nginx serving, while introducing a backend entrypoint for database initialization and migrations. Maintained dependency state through routine composer.lock updates. These efforts reduced onboarding time, increased reproducibility, and established a scalable foundation for future deployments, reflecting a strong grasp of containerization and environment management.
