Worked on backend maintenance for the Shubhamsaboo/adk-python repository, focusing on ensuring the Google Search Tool remained compatible with evolving Gemini LIVE model naming conventions. Addressed a specific bug by updating the model name checking logic in Python, allowing the tool to recognize and support new Gemini model versions as they are released. This targeted fix reduced the risk of runtime errors and maintained the reliability of search capabilities for downstream components.
