Worked on the edx/public-dockerfiles repository to enhance Docker image build and run documentation, focusing on improving clarity and onboarding efficiency. Consolidated guidance around BuildKit-based workflows, added detailed instructions for Mac users, and clarified steps for inspecting Docker images. Recommended the use of devstack for running containers and integrated references to Colima and external setup guides to align with current best practices. All updates were delivered through Markdown and RST documentation without code changes, emphasizing clear communication and cross-platform usability. This work aimed to streamline developer onboarding, reduce troubleshooting time, and lower support overhead for Docker-based development environments.
