During September 2025, Cafer Yavuz developed and integrated a new email sending and template management feature for the modelcontextprotocol/servers repository. Leveraging API integration skills and the SendGrid platform, he enabled AI assistants to automate email delivery and manage templates directly from MCP servers. He updated the project’s documentation in Markdown, adding a clear onboarding path and direct server link to streamline adoption for other teams. This work established a foundation for scalable, template-driven communications, reducing manual workflows and supporting automated outreach. No bugs were reported, indicating a stable implementation and a focused, well-scoped contribution within the project’s requirements.
