Worked on preparing the OncoKB platform for production deployment by updating Docker images and aligning the database schema with the latest data release. Focused on the knowledgesystems/knowledgesystems-k8s-deployment repository, the work ensured that oncokb, oncokb-public, and core demo applications were release-ready and consistent across staging and production environments. Leveraged containerization and DevOps practices, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and YAML to manage deployment configurations and artifact stability. The updates addressed compatibility and deployment stability, supporting a smooth rollout of Data Release v6/v6.1. This effort resulted in stable, production-ready artifacts and streamlined the deployment process for the OncoKB ecosystem.
