November 2024: Delivered a centralized Feedback Chat System within the foodplanner-api, enabling threaded conversations, messaging, and archiving to streamline feedback workflows. End-to-end capabilities include creating and retrieving chat threads by user, sending and retrieving messages, thread-child relationships, and a new archiving endpoint, supported by database migrations and a robust service layer. Improved error handling and groundwork for message history retrieval by child ID enhance reliability and future extensibility.

October 2024: Implemented child-specific meal package routing and landing page, updated student root to route to a child landing page, and refreshed dependencies to ensure stability. This enables a clearer navigation flow for families and prepares the codebase for future child-focused features.
