During July 2025, contributed to the geerlingguy/linux repository by delivering Universal Flash Storage (UFS) support for the MediaTek MT8195 platform. This work involved adding a UFS Host Controller Interface (UFSHCI) node to the device tree using DTS, along with introducing a property to disable the Multi-Queue Command (MCQ) feature for enhanced configurability. The approach focused on integrating with existing SCSI, ARM64, and device tree workflows to ensure seamless hardware support within embedded systems. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary emphasis was on feature development and strengthening kernel-level storage compatibility for MT8195 devices.
