During August 2025, Lieshout focused on enhancing the build reliability of the radiocosmology/draco repository by introducing DNS-driven functionality. They updated the build configuration to include the dnspython library as a dependency in the pyproject.toml file, ensuring DNS lookups are supported during both build and runtime. This work centered on build system configuration using TOML, with an emphasis on long-term maintainability and integration for DNS-dependent components. Although no bugs were addressed during this period, Lieshout’s contribution improved the project’s readiness for downstream services, demonstrating depth in dependency management and a methodical approach to supporting evolving infrastructure requirements.
