
During November 2024, R.J. Castrén expanded the Spaceship_Scavenger game world by developing and integrating two new environment assets, the Coreroom and Engine Room, into the Mursu37/Spaceship_Scavenger repository. Using 3D modeling and environment art skills within the Unity Engine, R.J. delivered FBX assets with accompanying metadata and reorganized the asset structure to streamline future content workflows. The Engine Room was carefully integrated into the EngineRoomsArea_pf prefab, with precise transform adjustments to ensure correct in-game placement. This work focused on feature delivery and asset pipeline improvements, enhancing the project’s world-building capabilities without addressing major bug fixes during the period.
