Contributed to the microsoft/fabric-samples repository by developing practical data engineering resources and improving project structure for maintainability. Delivered a sample CSV dataset containing real-world order data to support hands-on learning in materialized views tutorials, documenting schema and usage to streamline onboarding for data engineers. Focused on clarity and accessibility, the work enabled end-to-end practice scenarios using CSV and data engineering concepts. Subsequently, refactored the project’s directory structure to align with domain terminology, enhancing maintainability and reducing onboarding friction for new contributors. The approach emphasized clear documentation, traceable commits, and a focus on educational value without introducing functional changes or bug fixes.
