Worked on the livechat/design-system repository to enhance branding consistency by introducing the new TextNewLogo icon and replacing the legacy icon within the Icon Showcase. Leveraged React and TypeScript to implement these updates, focusing on front end development and design-system governance. The changes were delivered through two traceable commits, allowing for low-risk adoption and straightforward rollback if necessary. This work improved visual consistency across products, streamlined icon asset management, and provided a clearer branding foundation for future updates. The approach emphasized maintainability and developer experience, ensuring that product teams could adopt new branding elements efficiently and with minimal disruption.
