Worked on expanding continuous integration coverage for the DataDog/nginx-datadog repository by integrating OpenResty version 1.27.1.2 into the existing CI test matrix. Focused on updating CI/CD pipelines and CircleCI workflows to ensure builds and tests ran against the latest OpenResty release, enabling earlier detection of compatibility issues before deployment. This infrastructure enhancement improved release readiness and reduced risk by validating integration with new OpenResty versions. The work involved maintainable configuration using Ruby and YAML, with an emphasis on DevOps best practices. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on process improvement and verification.
