Worked on the GitbookIO/integrations repository to deliver a feature enhancement for the Freshdesk integration, shifting configuration to require the full widget URL rather than just the widget ID. This approach enabled support for regional domains and improved overall configurability. The work involved cleaning up configuration handling to support multiple formats and normalization, which reduced the maintenance surface by removing outdated CLI changes. Collaborated on changeset and documentation updates to reflect the new behavior, while laying the groundwork for future multi-domain widget support. Utilized JavaScript and TypeScript, applying full stack development and API integration skills throughout the project.
