Worked on repository hygiene within the google/oss-fuzz project by deprecating and removing the Orbit project codebase. Focused on codebase cleanup and repository management, the effort involved eliminating all related files and references to the deprecated project in a single, targeted commit. This approach reduced the maintenance burden and streamlined the repository’s structure, supporting long-term stability and easier future development. Leveraged Shell scripting to ensure a thorough and efficient cleanup process. The work addressed technical debt by removing unmaintained components, resulting in a more manageable and future-ready codebase while maintaining the integrity and clarity of the repository’s organization.
