Ronit Steinberg developed foundational Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) features across three core Checkmarx repositories, focusing on scalable and secure enablement. In the ast-vscode-extension, Ronit introduced a feature flag and UI placeholder to support conditional DAST result display, laying the groundwork for future enhancements. For the ast-cli, Ronit implemented tenant-level DAST enablement and runtime status checks, extending JWT handling and license visibility. In the ast-cli-javascript-wrapper, Ronit added configuration constants and methods to check DAST status, improving security integration. The work demonstrated depth in TypeScript, Go, and API development, aligning backend and frontend components for robust security feature rollout.
