Saahiti worked on the GTBitsOfGood/ican repository, focusing on enhancing the user onboarding experience and improving help navigation within the application. Using React and TypeScript, Saahiti implemented a streamlined parental PIN setup flow to reduce onboarding friction and updated the disclaimer text to clarify app limitations and set accurate user expectations. The work also included refining navigation to the Help section, making self-serve support more accessible and reducing the need for direct support intervention. Over the course of one month, Saahiti delivered a single feature with attention to code quality, aligning the updates with business goals around usability and compliance.
