Worked on stabilizing and improving reliability in the kube-burner/kube-burner-ocp repository, focusing on OpenShift Virtualization VM templates. Addressed a critical issue by adding a missing cloudinitdisk disk entry in YAML definitions, ensuring a correct one-to-one mapping between disks and volumes. This fix resolved the 'e.disk is undefined' error in the OpenShift Console for virt-clone and virt-capacity-benchmark templates, directly improving VM details rendering and reducing support overhead. Leveraged DevOps practices and expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift to deliver changes that preserved existing workload behavior and maintained compatibility with CI/CD workflows, without introducing regressions or feature changes.
