Worked on the immich-app/immich repository to deliver a privacy-aware Memory Asset Visibility feature, ensuring that hidden persons are excluded from memory assets and improving both user experience and data correctness. The implementation involved refactoring SQL queries and repository methods, moving logic inline to support new visibility constraints and streamline data access. Utilized SQL and TypeScript within a Node-based full stack environment, focusing on query optimization and repository pattern updates. Stabilized and cleaned up unit tests as part of the feature rollout, contributing to overall code maintainability. No major bugs were fixed, with efforts centered on feature delivery and code quality.
