During November 2025, Xander focused on improving governance data integrity within the cncf/foundation repository by addressing a critical issue with developer affiliation records. He identified and corrected outdated affiliation data for a contributor, ensuring that attribution accurately reflected the current status and role. This work involved careful analysis of governance records and precise data updates, with a disciplined approach to change management using Git and clear commit documentation. Although no new features were released, Xander’s contribution enhanced audit readiness and reduced the risk of misattribution. The work primarily leveraged Git workflows and data validation techniques to maintain organizational accuracy.
