Hassandeme Mamasambo contributed to the GSA-TTS/FAC repository by building and refining backend systems focused on audit report lifecycle management, data integrity, and API development. Using Python, SQL, and Django, Hassandeme implemented automated deletion workflows for stale audit reports, enhanced access controls, and delivered robust data validation to prevent invalid entries. The work included upgrading the API to version 1.2.0 with improved SQL views for performance and accuracy, as well as strengthening pagination and search reliability. Through careful use of CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive testing, Hassandeme ensured the system’s reliability, maintainability, and readiness for evolving business and compliance needs.
April 2025: API v1.2.0 upgrade for GSA-TTS/FAC completed and deployed with data consistency enhancements, performance improvements, and targeted fixes. Implemented SOT migration user logic and corrected created_date handling in migrate_audits.py. Refined API v1.2.0 SQL views to process only disseminated audits and to extract JSONB fields more accurately. Enabled API v1.2.0 via environment config for controlled rollout. Temporarily disabled cross-validation checks for prior finding references to accommodate UEI year-change, with plans to re-enable once waivers are in place. These changes improve reliability, data integrity, and readiness for client integrations.

February 2025: Delivered robust pagination validation for AdvancedSearch and Search to prevent invalid page numbers from causing errors. The fix resets page to 1 when inputs are zero, empty, too high, or <1, eliminating potential 500 errors and improving reliability. The change is tied to commit ed40b6241771a39bc81ad3165e73635f5a0171c0 ("#4637 Updated logic to prevent error 500 (#4691)").
