In November 2025, Salvatore Logiudice enhanced the pretix/pretix repository by delivering targeted Italian localization improvements. He focused on expanding translation coverage using PO files and Python, increasing the number of translated strings and improving accessibility for Italian-speaking users. Leveraging a Weblate-based translation management workflow, Salvatore enabled ongoing updates and streamlined the localization process. His work addressed onboarding friction and laid the foundation for broader internationalization efforts, supporting future market expansion. While no major bugs were fixed during this period, the depth of his contribution was evident in the improved user experience and the establishment of sustainable translation practices.
