During December 2025, Saul Pugg focused on enhancing Italian localization for the luanti-org/luanti repository, refining over 1,350 translation strings to improve accessibility and user experience for Italian-speaking players. He established a Weblate-driven workflow to enable ongoing, incremental updates, ensuring that localization efforts could continue efficiently into the future. Working primarily with PO files and leveraging his skills in localization, software development, and translation, Saul increased Italian coverage to 92.8 percent. While the work was limited to a single feature and did not involve bug fixes, it laid a solid foundation for future internationalization and localization improvements.
