Developed a foundational Functional Network Test (FNT) entry for the BGP auto-generated link-bandwidth community within the open-traffic-generator/featureprofiles repository. The work focused on network-engineering and testing, utilizing textproto to define the test case ID, description, and documentation links in the test registry. This initial implementation established a structured approach for future automation and comprehensive test coverage, improving both discoverability and repeatability of network tests. By documenting the test case and integrating it into the registry, the developer laid essential groundwork for more advanced FNT implementations, supporting scalable and maintainable network validation processes in the evolving featureprofiles codebase.
