During July 2025, Sébastien Blaisot focused on streamlining code review processes in the cozy/cozy-stack repository by simplifying CODEOWNERS rules. He delivered a feature that removed explicit ownership assignments for Debian packaging and Docker script directories, instead leveraging the repository’s default ownership model to determine reviewers. This approach, implemented through a single YAML update, reduced maintenance overhead and improved onboarding for new contributors. Sébastien applied his expertise in code review management and DevOps practices to enhance repository hygiene, resulting in faster and more consistent review cycles for packaging and scripting areas without introducing new bugs or unnecessary rule complexity.
