Developed and integrated the Cognite Functions API within the cognite-sdk-js repository, enabling users to create, list, retrieve, and manage serverless functions directly through the SDK. Leveraged TypeScript for robust API development and implemented comprehensive unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and maintainability. Validated the new functionality end-to-end using the quickstart.ts workflow, demonstrating real-world usability and supporting seamless serverless deployment patterns on the Cognite platform. This work expanded the SDK’s capabilities, reduced integration friction for developers, and accelerated onboarding for Cognite Functions, reflecting a focus on test automation, API design, and release-quality tooling throughout the development process.
