Worked on the ipfs/kubo repository to deliver a resilience-focused feature for the Mutable File System (MFS) workflow. Developed and integrated the MFS Root Chroot Command, enabling users to change the MFS root CID to recover from corruption or reset the MFS root as needed. This addition improved data recoverability and reduced operational risk by providing a direct path for restoring the MFS root. The work involved backend development and command line interface (CLI) enhancements using Go, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end testing and integration within the existing MFS lifecycle and CLI architecture. No major bug fixes were required.
