Worked on the zulip/zulip repository to enhance analytics data modeling, focusing on improving data quality and dashboard reliability. Extended the analytics population data model by updating the id_args dictionary to incorporate Realm, UserProfile, and Stream, which increased the completeness and granularity of analytics data. Collaborated closely with another contributor to ensure thorough code review and effective knowledge sharing across teams. The work laid the foundation for more robust analytics dashboards and downstream reporting. Utilized Python for backend development and data management, demonstrating a methodical approach to evolving the analytics infrastructure and supporting future data-driven features within the project.
