Introduced the Developer Enablement (Dune) team as the default code owner, along with CODEOWNERS files, code review settings, and standardized templates for pull requests and issues. This approach streamlined the development process, reduced review bottlenecks, and improved onboarding efficiency. The work laid a foundation for consistent code quality and maintainability, supporting faster pull request turnarounds and strengthening code ownership discipline across the team.
