Worked on improving the stability and reliability of the PowerDNS/pdns project by addressing a critical build issue in the sdig tool. Focused on build system configuration and dependency management using C++ and Meson, the developer resolved a linking error that occurred when Lua records were absent by adding the missing libcurl dependency. This targeted fix ensured that sdig would compile and run correctly across different environments, reducing build-time failures and enhancing deployment consistency.
